Operating Work. To the extent pertaining solely to the Connecting Facilities, all engineering, contract preparation, purchasing, repair, supervision, recruitment, training, expediting, inspection, accounting, testing, protection, use, management, retirement, reconstruction, provision of Connecting Insurance, resolution and settlement of disputes, including without limitation resolution of any alleged compliance violations applicable to the Connecting Facilities, operation and maintenance and compliance with Applicable Reliability Standards, applicable laws, standards and regulations associated with the Connecting Facilities.
Operating Work. Engineering, contract preparation and administration, purchasing, repair, supervision, training, expediting, inspection, testing, protection, operation, use, management, replacement, retirement, reconstruction and maintenance of and for the benefit of the San Xxxx Project pursuant to this Agreement, including the administration of this Agreement and of any other Project Agreements, environmental compliance activities and the procurement of fuel and water and other necessary materials and supplies.
Operating Work. All work and activities in connection with the administration, operation and maintenance of the Project, including without limitation, negotiating and administering contracts, planning, mitigating impacts, purchasing, repairing, inspecting, maintaining, investigating and monitoring all aspects of the Project, performing modeling functions, economic analysis, quality control, testing and evaluating, recruitment and training of operating entities and personnel, electric energy and environmental attribute procurement, regulatory efforts, tagging, interconnecting, transmission, dispatching, firming, balancing, exchanging and scheduling activities, supervising, expediting, budgeting, insuring, accounting, tracking, registering, protecting, operating and managing activities, public information services and services of consultants, operators, engineers, contactors and legal counsel, renewals, replacements, reconstruction, and improvements, and activities related to securing requisite permits, franchises, licenses, approvals, entitlements, credits and certificates from governmental agencies and authorities.
Operating Work. Any engineering, contract preparation, legal or regulatory work, 11 purchasing, repair, supervision, recruitment, training, expediting, inspection, 12 accounting, insurance, testing, protection, operation, use, management, retirement, 13 reconstruction, maintenance, modification, relocation, any work undertaken by the 14 Operator that is required by Good Utility Practice or Applicable Requirements or 15 necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the Common Bus and the 16 Hassayampa Interconnection Facilities or other work necessitated by an Operating 17 Emergency performed in accordance with this Agreement, and all work undertaken to 18 make Capital Improvements.
Operating Work. Operating Work. All engineering, contract preparation, purchasing, repair, supervision, recruitment, training, expediting, inspection, accounting, testing, protection, operating, management, maintenance, and all other work and activities associated with operating Xxxxxxx County Unit 1 which are not included in Construction Work, but excluding all work on any Incremental Capital Assets.
