OPERATIONS AGENTS. Monitor aeronautical radio and relay information to appropriate personnel. Miscellaneous office Ability to use and airline computer for flight information. Answer telephones for trouble calls, etc. Tracing of baggage claims and sending out if necessary. Perform major load control in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company. Any other duties associated with this job classification. Agents who are awarded an Operations line, or work as relief Operations agent will be paid an additional cents per hour. Agents, who wish to leave this position for another position within Customer Services, will have to submit their request in writing to management. The Operations position will be posted and the agent will not be allowed to leave this position until the replacement agent has been fully trained.
