OPPORTUNITY FOR CAREER GROWTH. All opportunities for experience/professional growth (committees [other than curriculum committees], temporary assignments, participation in school-based analysis, attendance at workshops) shall be equally offered to all teachers in the related levels/curriculum areas by posting on the district website and by electronic dissemination of the posting to unit members at the building level.   • Eligibility for Membership Membership in the Sick Leave Bank shall be extended to any certificated employee of the School District who has accumulated one (1) day of personal sick leave as defined by Idaho Code 33-1216 and 33-1217.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Career Ladder Effective July 1, 2014, TALC and the District agreed to the 11 implementation of a Career Ladder for the advancement of instructional staff on the 12 Performance Salary Schedule. Elements of the Career Ladder are outlined and posted on 13 the District website and include detailed descriptions of Career Ladder levels and the 14 requirements for movement. All instructional staff hired on or after January 8, 2018 will 15 be placed on the Apprentice level of the Career Ladder.

  • Opportunity to Review Customer declares that it has had sufficient opportunity to review this Agreement, understand the content of all of its sections, negotiate its terms, and seek independent professional legal advice before entering into it. Consequently, any statutory “form contract” (“adhesion contract”) regulations shall not be applicable to this Agreement.

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES To the extent that the Contract involves the provision of the Services to UNDP by the Contractor’s officials, employees, agents, servants, subcontractors and other representatives (collectively, the Contractor’s “personnel”), the following provisions shall apply:

  • Am I Eligible to Contribute to a Traditional IRA? Employees with compensation income and self-employed individuals with earned income are eligible to contribute to a Traditional IRA. (For convenience, all future references to compensation are deemed to mean “earned income” in the case of a self-employed individual.) Employers may also contribute to Traditional IRAs established for the benefit of their employees. In addition, you may establish a Traditional IRA to receive rollover contributions and transfers from the trustee or Custodian of another Traditional IRA or the Custodian or trustee of certain other retirement plans.

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 34 (Abbotsford).
