Optional Technical Services. Any purchased Optional Technical Services will be as described in the relevant Agency Terms, subject to the fees and any additional terms in the Agency Terms. Agency will reimburse TT for reasonable, pre-approved travel and lodging expenses incurred in providing Optional Technical Services. For prepaid Optional Technical Services, unless specified in the Agency Terms, Agency is paying for the availability and efforts of TT personnel over the time period specified in the Agency Terms (e.g., up to eight hours in a week); any unused time expires at the end of such period (or at maximum, six (6) months after purchase) and may not be banked, accumulated or saved for future periods or purchases. To facilitate Optional Technical Services, Agency will provide TT with access to reasonably requested Agency Materials and cooperation and will designate an internal project manager to serve as TT’s single point of contact. If Agency fails to do so, TT’s obligation to provide Optional Technical Services will be excused until Agency does. TT will use Agency Materials only for purposes of providing Optional Technical Services. If TT provides deliverables as part of Optional Technical Services, Agency may use the deliverables only as part of its authorized use of the Services, subject to the same terms as for the Services, including pursuant to Section 1 (TT Services).

Optional Technical Services. 3.1 ICT EQUIPMENT REPAIR BITC will provide a repair service for out of warranty desktop equipment that is identified on the school’s asset inventory. BITC will collect faulty equipment and deliver repaired equipment back to the school. BITC will re-install the equipment on the broadband network and demonstrate that the equipment works. The school will be asked to confirm that the repair is effective. The charge for this service will cover all labour costs. BITC will also cover low cost electrical components within the charge for this service, however the school will be responsible for all significant parts costs. BITC will seek the schools agreement to fund a repair wherever expenditure on parts is necessary. Wherever a school agrees to write off equipment as uneconomical to repair, the school remains liable for the safe and secure disposal of the equipment. The school will remain responsible for the cost of any consumables necessary to effect a repair. BITC will make reasonable efforts to source spares for equipment but cannot guarantee effecting a repair in all cases. In such cases the school will be advised to write off the equipment.

Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above.
