Oral Board. The Employer shall select the Oral Board which shall be composed of four (4) sworn members from police agencies, of whom no more than one (1) may be a member of the Department. If applicants from outside the Department are considered for the rank of Commander, no Oral Board member may be from the applicant’s Department. All Oral Board members must be of comparable or greater rank to the rank of the promotional vacancy.
