Program Weight. Scores shall be based upon the written examination and Oral Board. The weights assigned shall be as follows:
A. Written Examination - 50 points. (An applicant must achieve a score of at least 70% in order to take the Oral Board.)
B. Oral Board - 50 points.
C. To qualify for a promotion, all applicants must achieve a minimum score of seventy (70) points.
Program Weight. Scores shall be based upon a written examination, performance evaluations, an Oral Board examination, and seniority within the Office of the Sheriff of Lenawee County. The weights assigned shall be as follows:

a. Written Examination: 30 points.
b. Oral Boards: 40 points.
c. Evaluations: 20 points.
d. Classification Seniority: A maximum of 10 points. (Up to a maximum of 10 points on classification seniority.) (.083334 points per month of service within the classification).
Program Weight. Sheriff is open to modifying test and will explore other options. Scores shall be based upon the written examination and promotion interview board. The weights assigned shall be as follows:
a. Written examination seventy (70) points (an applicant must receive a minimum score of seventy percent (70%) in order to be eligible to take an oral interview).
b. Oral interview twenty (20) points.
c. Bonus points of one (1) per year, maximum of ten (10), for each year of service.
Program Weight. Scores shall be based upon the In Basket examination, department oral board, evaluation, and classification seniority. The weights assigned shall be as follows: In Basket Examination: 30 points Oral Board: 40 points Evaluations: 20 points Classification Seniority: A maximum of 10 points. (Up to a maximum of ten points on classification seniority.) (.083334 points per month of service within the classification.) The Sheriff shall compile a list of the top candidates ranked upon their final score. For each emergency communications supervisor position which is open and which is to be filled as determined by the Sheriff, a roster of successful candidates shall be maintained in consecutive order for a period of two (2) years. The Sheriff shall make his selection from the top candidates as follows:

(iv) seniority within the Department. The weights assigned shall be as follows:

A. Performance evaluation. Forty (40) points. Any qualified applicant may receive up to 10 additional points on the performance evaluation if he/she served as a FTO or CTO.
B. Oral Board. Forty (40) points.

(a) Written Exam - Forty percent (40%)
(b) Oral Board - Sixty percent (60%)
Program Weight. Scores for the Lieutenant’s examination shall be based upon a written examination, performance evaluations, an Oral Board examination and seniority within the Department. The weights assigned shall be as follows:
(a) Written Examination: 60 points
(b) Performance Evaluation: 20 points
(c) Oral Board: 20 points
(d) Seniority: One (1) point per year beginning at the completion of an employee's first (1st) year in the Department and continuing thereafter at the rate of one (1) additional point for each additional year of continuous service with the Department, up to a maximum of ten (10) points. To qualify for the Oral Board an applicant must achieve a minimum of twenty-five

A. Written Examination: 40%
B. Assessment Center: 56%
C. Seniority*: 4% * 1/4 point for each year of seniority. To qualify for placement on a promotional list, all applicants must achieve a combined score on the written, assessment center and seniority of seventy (70%) percent. Employees subject to this procedure may participate in whatever number of promotional opportunities their eligibility permits and, accordingly, may be on more than one (1) promotional list if they have achieved the requisite minimum score of seventy (70%) percent.
