Order of Cancellations. In the event it is necessary for the Employer to cancel an Employee’s shift, the Employer will first cancel registry or agency personnel and Employees previously scheduled to work overtime. The Employer will then seek volunteers. If volunteers are not sufficient to meet the need for cancellations, the Employer will cancel Employees by inverse seniority using the following order: 689 1. Temporary Employees; 690 2. On-Call Employees; 691 3. Service Oriented Staffing (S.O.S.), Central Staffing or Float Pool, if applicable;

Order of Cancellations. (a) Cancellations will be rotated equitably within the job classification to be canceled, and within the pertinent departments. Except in emergency situations, employees working in different departments will not be subject to rotation for purposes of shift cancellation. For purposes of this provision, a department is defined as a unit, which has its own general ledger. The Department Director, or in their absence, the House Supervisor, will take into account patient safety and the appropriate staffing mix in determining whose shift will be cancelled. (b) Cancellation will proceed on a rotation basis. Whereas each work category has its own call off rotation list (i.e., RN with RN, LVN with LVN, Cook with Cook). Order of cancellations within each work category shall be as follows: (1) Employee who volunteers for cancellation; (2) Temporary Agency Worker will be cancelled up to the maximum amount allowed by the contract with the individual Temporary Agency (this includes travelers); (3) Temporary employees; and then (4) Rotation lists as relevant to each work category.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION Users of this contract are advised that orders (all or part) cancelled or returned after acceptance of requested merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice amount (not to exceed $500.00 per order) plus return freight charges. The amount authorized for payment of return freight will, in no instance, be more than original delivery charges documented by carrier. These charges may be applied, at the option of the supplier, to those orders which have been accepted. Orders cancelled prior to shipment or acceptance by ordering entity from the manufacturer will not be assessed charges.

  • Effect of Cancellation If the Student cancels the housing agreement during a semester, the Student may remain in residence until the end of the semester the cancellation was given to UCF DHRL. The Student’s cancellation fees will be determined based on the date the Student’s written or electronically reproducible notice of cancellation is received by UCF DHRL Rent for the semester the cancellation is submitted to UCF DHRL will be based upon the date the Student vacates the residence facility in compliance with move out procedures. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, the Student is always responsible for the greater of the pro rata rent for the semester of cancellation or the cancellation fee for that semester. Residents who cancel this agreement will not be given any preference as a current or prior resident when submitting applications for future residence with UCF DHRL.

  • Right of Cancellation (a) If the Subscriber is a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside of his/her trade or profession), the Subscriber may cancel an order for 14 days following receipt of order confirmation from SORACOM. The right of cancellation is invoked by sending an e-mail with "Cancellation" stated in the subject line to SORACOM within the period of 14 days. If the Subscriber intends to make use of the right of cancellation under this section, the Subscriber is also free to use the template in Schedule 2. (b) Notwithstanding section 3.6 (a), the Subscriber is obligated to pay the fees, including – but not limited to – user fees and subscription fees, for the days the subscription has been operating and active, if the Subscriber has requested and is granted access to the SORACOM Air Global Service or other services of SORACOM during the 14 days period under section 3.6 (a) above.

  • Notice of Cancellation Each insurance policy required above shall provide that coverage shall not be canceled, except with notice to City.

  • Contract Cancellation DCF may cancel this Contract after providing the Contractor with thirty (30) calendar days written notice of the Contractor’s right to cure a failure of the Contractor to perform under the terms of this Contract. II, Chapter 111 of the Wisconsin Statutes (Wisconsin’s Fair Employment Law); • Becomes a Federally debarred Contractor; • Is excluded from Federal procurement and non-procurement contracts; • Fails to maintain and keep in force all required insurance, permits and licenses as provided in this Contract; • Fails to maintain the confidentiality of DCF’s information that is considered to be Confidential Information, proprietary, or containing Personally Identifiable Information; • Contractor violates other state laws; or • Contractor performance threatens the health or safety of a State employee or State customer. The Contractor may cancel this Contract after providing DCF one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days’ notice of the State’s right to cure a failure of the State to perform under the terms of this Contract. Upon cancellation of this Contract for any reason, or upon Contract expiration, each party shall be released from all obligations to the other party arising after the date of cancellation or expiration, except for those that by their terms survive such cancellation or expiration.

  • Voluntary cancellation The Borrower may, if it gives the Agent not less than five (5) Business Days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of £1,000,000) of an Available Facility. Any cancellation under this Clause 7.2 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facility.
