Order of Dispatch. Local 891 shall dispatch or the Employer may directly employ persons for employment in the following order:
Order of Dispatch. The Employment Office of the Union shall first dispatch employees, by qualification and/or specialty, who are registered on the 'A' List; second, employees, by qualification and/or specialty, who are registered on the 'B' List. Thereafter the Employment Office will secure employees from the dispatch facilities comprising the 'C', then the 'D' Priority Groups; and, finally, from the employees qualifying for dispatch in the 'E' Priority Group. Subject to Sections 19 and 25, employees on the 'A' and 'B' Lists shall be dispatched in the order in which they registered for work on a first on/first out basis.

Order of Dispatch. Upon the request of a contractor for employees, the Union shall endeavor to furnish the persons requested. In dispatching applicants from each list, the Union shall first refer to applicants with Group I seniority in the order in which their names appear on the list, and shall follow the same procedure successively with Group II. Provided, however, that:
(a) KEY EMPLOYEES. Requests by contractors for applicants to act as supervisors, foremen, or general foremen shall be honored without regard to the requested employee’s place on the out-of-work lists; provided requests for applicants to serve as key employees from Group II shall not be honored so long as there are applicants on the Group I list. For purposes of this Section, a welder shall not be considered a key employee except in those shops that perform welding exclusively.
(b) EMPLOYEES REHIRED WITHIN ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY (120) DAYS. Requests by contractors for particular plumbers, steamfitters, pipe fitter/welders or HVAC/Refrigeration journeymen from Group I who have been laid off or terminated by the contractor within one hundred and twenty (120) working days prior to the request shall be honored without regard to the employee’s place on the out-of-work list.

Order of Dispatch. The Employment Office of the Union shall first dispatch qualified applicants who are registered on the “A” list, second those on the “B” list, third those on the “C” list, fourth those on the “D” list and fifth those on the “E” list in their specified classifications. Provided employees are available for employment and will accept the Union dispatch to the places of employment, all employees on the “A”, “B”, “C”,“D” and “E” lists shall be dispatched in the order in which they are registered for work in each list classification on the basis that the first registered shall be the first dispatched in all list classifications.

Order of Dispatch. Applicants shall be registered on the out-of-work list in chronological order in the highest priority group for which they qualify. The Hiring Hall shall first dispatch employees who are registered on the “A List;” second, employees who are registered on the “B List;” third, employees who are registered on the “C List;” fourth, employees who are registered on the “D List;” and fifth, employees who are registered on the “E List” in their specified classifications. All employees on the “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” and “E” Lists who are available for employment and willing to accept dispatch to the place of employment shall be dispatched in the order in which they are registered for work in each classification on the basis that the first registered shall be the first dispatched in all classifications.
