B List definition

B List. Shall Consist of all Laborers who have previously qualified for “C” list status under the terms of this agreement, and who have worked at least 750 hours under the terms of construction agreements of the Oregon and Southern Idaho District Council of Laborers.
B List shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
B List. All applicants who meet the requirement for the 'A' List and who would otherwise qualify for 'A' List referral, but who have failed to meet 'A' List hours requirements. 'B' registrants may not be contemporaneously registered on the 'A' List of any other UA Local referral system.

B List. Second, newly organized members will be placed on a “B” list and will be hired after the “A” list is exhausted. Employees of newly organized employers will be allowed to continue working for that employer. Upon confirmation by the Union of an individual’s skill, experience and their classification and upon successful completion of an OSHA 30 class, the UA Heritage class and UA Comet class, newly organized members will attain “A” list status and be placed at the bottom of the “A” list. B List. Applicants are eligible for the B List if they can demonstrate they have worked a minimum of 3200 hours of employment as a Construction Laborer, but have worked less than 500 hours as a Construction Laborer for a one (1) year period immediately preceding registration; and meet one of the following: • Have successfully completed the Laborers' Apprenticeship Program; • Have been evaluated by the JATC and Local Union and found to have industry experience equal to or greater than a beginning journeyman; • Have successfully completed the Construction Craft Laborer Assessment Examination; or • Have worked a minimum of 3200 hours of covered employment as a Construction Laborer. C List: Applicants are eligible for the C List if they have a signed agreement with the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee and remain in good standing with the Local Union and JATC.

  • State Sanctions List means a list that is adopted by any state Governmental Authority within the United States of America pertaining to Persons that engage in investment or other commercial activities in Iran or any other country that is a target of economic sanctions imposed under U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws.
