Other Leave of Absence for Employees. Upon application to the Fire Chief, an employee may be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days without prejudice to the employee’s status. Such application shall be approved by the City Manager upon the recommendation of the Fire Chief.
