Common use of Other Leaves with Pay Clause in Contracts

Other Leaves with Pay. 11.02 (a) Bereavement leave of up to five (5) days shall be granted without loss of pay, and with no deduction from sick leave/STLDP days, to a long term occasional teacher in the event of the death of a parent, spouse, child, sister or brother, in accordance with Part A, Article 16 of this collective agreement.
