Employer Requested Leave Leave of absence without loss of pay, seniority and all benefits shall be granted to employees whenever the Employer requires an employee to take designated courses and/or examinations. The cost of the course and/or any examination fee and reasonable expenses incurred in taking the course and/or examination shall be paid by the Employer.
Banked Time The implementation of these provisions shall not be considered to be a layoff. 8.
Other Requested Information Promptly following any request therefor, such other information regarding the operations, business affairs and financial condition of the Borrower or any Subsidiary (including, without limitation, any Plan or Multiemployer Plan and any reports or other information required to be filed under ERISA), or compliance with the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request.
Paid Time Off (PTO) During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with Company’s policy in place from time to time; provided, however, that Executive shall be eligible to accrue no less than twenty (20) days per calendar year (with such amount prorated for the balance of 2017).
Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for executives, as may be in effect from time to time.
Released Time Should the investigation or processing of any grievance require that an employee(s) or an Association representative(s) be released from his/her regular assignment, upon request of the Association, he/she shall be released without loss of pay or benefits.
Extended Time An employee whose regular teaching contract has extended time added to it shall be compensated at his/her per diem rate in effect at the time the extended time is scheduled to be performed.
Leave Requests All requests for leaves of absence must be in writing.
Notice of Absence If Tenant plans to leave the Property for 7 (seven) or more consecutive days or expects long, frequent or customary absences, Tenant must notify the Landlord in writing. Tenant hereby agrees that any such absence, whether a singular occurrence or customary, shall not obviate Tenant's obligation to pay timely Rent.
Self-Funded Leave Plan (a) The Self-Funded Leave Plan shall afford an Employee the opportunity to enter into an agreement with the Board to take a one year Self-Funded Leave. During the leave term the Employee shall agree to be paid at:
(i) 5/6 leave plan 83% of salary (ii) 4/5 leave plan 80% of salary (iii) 3/4 leave plan 75% of salary
