Other Travel Benefits. Travel rewards may include Car Rental, Hotels, Cruises, Vacations, Experiences and Insurance. The availability and point requirements of travel rewards may change from time to time. Please check xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx for details, program rules and restrictions. Gift Cards and Merchandise Rewards. Each gift card and merchandise point redeemed equals one cent ($0.01) towards the gift card or merchandise price. You may redeem points to obtain Gift Cards or merchandise that we make available through the Program, subject to availability. If a particular Reward is no longer available or is out of stock, we reserve the right to offer a substitute of equal or greater value. You may not purchase a Gift Card in an amount greater than the maximum card value for that award. We may change the selection and number of points needed to obtain a Gift Card or Merchandise Reward at any time without notice to you. Gift Card must be presented directly to the participating merchant at participating locations. Mechanical reproductions, copies, or facsimiles of Gift Cards will not be accepted. Gift Cards are transferable to and may be redeemed by any person. Gift Cards may be shipped within all 50 states, allowing 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Additional costs for overnight delivery of Gift Cards or for delivery outside of the U.S. shall be at your expense and will be charged to your OneAZ CU Choice Rewards Affinity Credit Card. Additional terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations appearing on the Gift Cards or packaging will also apply and are to be interpreted in accordance with, and are incorporated into, this Agreement. Gift Cards will expire on the date shown on the card (approximately one year from the date of issue). Gift Cards may only be used once, are not exchangeable, refundable, or transferable to a different Reward or redeemable for cash, and will not be reissued or replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired. Gift Cards and Merchandise Rewards are shipped prepaid and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise arrived damaged, defective or if the wrong item was shipped. Returns and exchanges must be sent to the address on the packing slip within 60 days of the date of your receipt. You may return damaged or defective Gift Cards or Merchandise for replacement with the same Reward. There are no refunds for any Gift Card or Merchandise Choice Rewards Affinity.   • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Educational Benefits a. A full-time employee may enroll for credit at the University for a maximum of two courses, or six credit hours, whichever is greater, in any one academic term with exemption from the payment of tuition and fees.
