Other Working Conditions. 25.01 18.01 The Employer agrees to provide the Union with the job descriptions for the classifications covered by this Agreement within three (3) months of the date on which this Agreement is ratified.

18.03 No Employee shall be permanently transferred from one department or classification to another without her written consent.
18.04 Employees who may be temporarily transferred to a lower rate classification shall receive the wage rate of Union dues paid by each Union member their regular classification. Employees temporarily transferred to a higher rated classification in the previous year.
25.07 Employees will be given one fifteen (15) minute rest bargaining unit for a period for the first in excess of four (4) hours shall receive the wage rate of that classification. For employee who are regularly scheduled to workwork in more than one classification, this clause shall not apply and the individuals shall be paid the rate for the position in which they were scheduled.

18.08 If an error occurs in an Employee's pay, such error shall be rectified on the employee’s own timenext regular pay.

When an employee is scheduled to report to work and they absent themselves, Management will have the right to inquire as to the reason or reasons for their failure to report. All cases of absence must be reported to the Human Resources Department or Assistant Manager on duty, on the first day within a period of three (3) hours prior to the normal reporting time of the employee works The employer will endeavor to correct cheque errors in excess of caused by the employer and receives issue a manual cheque within hours, not including weekends. Uniforms or special style of clothing and special equipment if required by the meal for taxation purposes. Notwithstanding Employer shall be furnished, laundered, cleaned and kept in repair by the above, the Parties agree that this duty meal will be taken on Employer at no cost to the employee’s own time, and the Employer agrees to maintain adequate and clean facilities for the uniforms or special style of clothing. Any change from the standards in effect as of the date of ratification in the style of uniforms that would require support colour coordinated garments would be a subject of discussion with the Union.
