Other Working Conditions. 24.01 No allowance will be made for time on the time records prior to the regular starting time, without authorization by a Department Head. Unless the Department Head’s authorization is secured on each occasion, the additional time shown on the time record at the commencement of a work period will be considered as time not worked. 24.02 If an employee punches/signs out late, it will be assumed that the employee was delayed for personal reasons and that the time shown on the time card beyond the regular quitting time is the employee’s personal time. 24.03 Employees neglecting to punch/sign in and out at all required times throughout working hours may be subject to disciplinary action. Any employee who punches/signs a time card of another employee is subject to immediate dismissal. 24.04 Employees will be given one fifteen (15) minute rest period for the first four (4) hours scheduled to work, and worked. Should the employee be scheduled for a second four (4) hours in any one day, then they will be given a second fifteen (15) minute rest period during that four
