Other Working Conditions. A. The Board will pay employees mileage at the IRS rate per mile when the employee is required to use his/her own vehicle in the performance of school duties at the direction of the building principal, Transportation Supervisor or Superintendent. B. In the event of any major organizational changes, or changes in the mode of operation (i.e., bus routes, cafeterias); the Employer agrees to notify the Union, in advance, and schedule a meeting with the Union for input and suggestion, at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to any change(s).
