Out of Base Allowance. An employee who, in the performance of their work is required to be away from their home base will be paid an allowance as indicated in the table below for each twenty-four (24) hour period. An employee who is filling a relief assignment at another base will not be paid in accordance with the foregoing but will be paid a premium of ninety cents (90¢) per hour for all time worked at the other base which will be in addition to any other premiums and allowances. The foregoing will not apply to an employee required to be away from their base to attend a training course.   • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Payment of Base Rent Tenant agrees to pay the Base Rent for the Premises. Monthly Installments of Base Rent shall be payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month of the Term. If the Term begins (or ends) on other than the first (or last) day of a calendar month, the Base Rent for the partial month shall be prorated on a per diem basis. Tenant shall pay Landlord the first Monthly Installment of Base Rent when Tenant executes the Lease.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core.
