Out-of-County Trips. To be eligible for out-of-county trips, employees must 9 complete one full calendar year of employment as a bus operator, attendant or a 10 monitor to work field trips. When requested by the employee in writing, time 11 worked in excess of one-half year or five (5) months as a substitute will be counted 12 toward eligibility.

  • Out of Country Travel For short-term out of country travel, State employees will be reimbursed actual lodging, substantiated by a receipt, and will be reimbursed actual meals and incidentals up to the maximums published in column B of the Maximum Travel per Diem Allowances for Foreign Areas, Section 925, U.S. Department of State Standardized Regulations and the meal/incidental breakdown in Federal Travel Regulation Chapter 301, Travel Allowances, Appendix B. Long-term Out of Country travel will be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of Long-term travel above, or as determined by DPA. Subsistence shall be paid in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Department of Personnel Administration. It is the responsibility of the individual employee to maintain receipts for their actual meal expenses.

  • Use of County Buildings The Union shall be allowed the use of areas normally used for meeting purposes for meetings of County employees during non-work hours when:

  • USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY CONTRACTOR shall not use County property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than in the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.

  • STATUS OF COUNTY 13 COUNTY is, and at all times shall be deemed to be, an independent contractor. 14 Nothing herein contained shall be construed as creating the relationship of 15 employer and employee, or principal and agent, between CITY and COUNTY 16 or any of COUNTY’s agents or employees.   • Jurisdiction of Courts Québec hereby appoints the person from time to time who holds the position of Delegate General of Québec in New York, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 00xx xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000-0000, as its authorized agent (the “Authorized Agent”) upon whom process may be served in any action by any Underwriter, or by any person controlling such Underwriter, and based upon this Agreement which may be instituted in any State or Federal court in The City of New York, and expressly accepts the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any such court in respect of such action. Québec hereby irrevocably waives any immunity to service of process in respect of any such action to which the Authorized Agent might otherwise be entitled. Such appointment shall be irrevocable as long as any of the Securities remain outstanding, except that, if for any reason the Authorized Agent ceases to be able to act as agent or no longer has an address in The City of New York, Québec will appoint another person or persons in The City of New York, selected in its discretion, as Authorized Agent(s). Québec will take any and all action, including the filing of any and all documents and instruments that may be necessary to continue such appointment or appointments in full force and effect as aforesaid. Service of process upon the Authorized Agent together with written notice of such service mailed or delivered to Québec at its address set forth in Section 11, shall be deemed in every respect effective service of process upon Québec. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any action by an Underwriter, or by any person controlling such Underwriter, and based upon this Agreement may be instituted in any competent court in Québec. Québec hereby waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any immunity to jurisdiction to which it might otherwise be entitled in any action based on this Agreement which may be instituted as provided in this Section in any State or Federal court in The City of New York or in any competent court in Québec.

  • SHIPPING/RECEIPT OF PRODUCT a. Packaging Product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without any extra charges for packing materials, cases or other types of containers. The container shall become and remain the property of the Authorized User unless otherwise specified in the Contract documents.

  • Work Out of Classification (a) When the Agency assigns an employee, in writing, for a limited time period to perform the major distinguishing duties of a position at a higher level classification for ten (10) consecutive calendar days, that employee shall be paid at the first step in the assigned classification or five percent (5%) more than his/her current rate of pay, whichever is greater.
