Out of Stock Items. If there is an out of stock situation of any ordered inventoried item(s), the out of stock item will be added to the back order file and will be delivered to UC when the item is in stock without a further order being submitted. Surveys. Supplier will, at UC’s request, conduct customer surveys of UC orders through questionnaires. The content of these surveys will be approved by UC. UC will be responsible for the tabulation of these surveys.

Out of Stock Items. Where the Contractor fails to deliver the required motor vehicle, motorcycle and plant batteries in line with the required timescales or the impress stock levels, the Client reserves the right to purchase the motor vehicle, motor cycle and plant batteries elsewhere. In these instances the Client will require the contractor to reimburse the difference in cost between the contract price and that paid to another supplier for the motor vehicle, motor cycle and plant batteries, and any applicable delivery costs.

(a) McKesson shall notify Rite Aid within [ ] after receipt of any EDI Order for Warehouse of any Products on such Order that are out-of-stock at the servicing McKesson distribution center using McKesson's standard order acknowledgment form. McKesson shall also provide Rite Aid's central office, by EDI or other form mutually agreeable to the parties, a [ ] report identifying each out-of-stock Products for Warehouse, including Manufacturer Cannot Supply Product and the manufacturer's estimate as to when such Products will again be available. The report shall include a separate listing for each Rite Aid warehouse containing out-of-stock information for each McKesson distribution center the provides Products to such Rite Aid warehouse.
(b) In the event that McKesson has part but not all of the quantity of any Product ordered by Rite Aid for Warehouse, McKesson shall provide Rite Aid with all quantities of the Product it has as of the date of the Order in the servicing distribution centers for such Order [
(c) If any Product is out-of-stock when Rite Aid places an Order for Warehouse in a quantity consistent with Rite Aid's normal replenishment requirements, with appropriate adjustments for anticipated, verifiable seasonal shifts in demand, changes in Rite Aid store count, and inventory build-up for holiday periods and year-end, then [
(i) If such Product was out-of stock for any reason other than Manufacturer Cannot Supply, Rite Aid's EDI Invoice Price, to the extent of the unfilled quantity on the prior Order, shall be adjusted to the [
(ii) If such Product was out-of-stock for Manufacturer Cannot Supply, and if McKesson's subsequent shipments of such Product from the manufacturer are at the lower WAC which was in effect at the time of Rite Aid's original Order, then Rite Aid's EDI Invoice Price for Rite Aid's next Order, to the extent consistent with Rite Aid's normal replenishment quantities with appropriate adjustments for anticipated, verifiable seasonal shifts in demand, changes in Rite Aid store count, and inventory build-up for holiday periods and year-end, shall be [
Out of Stock Items. 1. If any product is temporarily out of stock, the Member will receive notification of the backorder at the time of the order or upon invoicing. It is on the Member’s discretion to continue purchase of out-of-stock product upon notification.
2. Back-ordered product is paid for when ordered and commissionable volume is accrued for the corresponding commission period.
3. Back-orders are always filled first and will be shipped once product is made available.
Out of Stock Items. Any item out of stock at the time of purchase will be put on backorder. We will notify you when the product is back in stock at which time you are to advise if the backorder is required. We cover the freight costs of backorders. Please order carefully - due to the nature of our products we are unable to receive returned product back for the purpose of credit or refund, if you decide that you do not want the product. In the event you receive incorrect goods or goods that have been broken in transit, it is your responsibility to advise us within 2 working days of receipt. We will then organise a replacement product. If there is a specific concern with any product, we reserve the right to inspect it before providing a refund. We will only refund a product after having the opportunity to inspect the product so please be aware of this when you choose to refund a customer.

The product will be sent once it is available. Orders and / or pending items can be canceled at the request of the customer or the SA and the refund will be processed to the corresponding credit card. If the Company determines that the merchandise will not be available by the expected date, the Company will send a notification to the buyer by email and / or by telephone. The buyer might cancel her purchase order within the 48 hours of receipt of such notice, with the corresponding order cancellation by the Company.

Customers and SAs will be notified via email if current merchandise they order is not in stock. The notice will indicate the date on which the item is expected to be back in inventory. If the Company determines that the merchandise will not be in stock by the expected date, the Company will noti- fy the buyer via email that the mer- chandise will not be available as antic- ipated and the order will be cancelled unless the buyer affirmatively indicates that she wishes to keep the order in place on backorder status. The buyer must affirmatively respond that she wishes to maintain her backorder within five calendar days from the date of the email notifying her that the order will be cancelled.

If a product you have selected is not in stock at the grocery store we reserve the right to, at our discretion, replace the product with an equivalent or similar product or refund you for the item, unless you specify other instructions for your shopper when placing your order. No Minimum Order. There shall be no minimum order requirement. No Substitutions. No substitutions of alternate items for products ordered will be permitted except with the express approval from authorized UC San Diego personnel. The supplier may not substitute or exchange a different brand or generic product or package size without written authorization.
