No Substitutions. Vendor will not make any substitution to the specifications of any solicitation or PO, unless the substitution is (1) proposed to TWC in writing by the Vendor, and (2) supported by the expressed written prior approval of TWC.
No Substitutions. No exchanges of products, or substitute or alternate products or equipment will be used unless agreed to by the Municipality. All equipment, supplies and materials used by the Service Provider shall be in good working order and free from defects.

Additional adults and unmarried children living at home are not permitted to occupy the site unless one of the two adult Lessees is present. This lease permits only one tow vehicle on the site, unless the site can hold a second vehicle. All vehicles must be state licensed and inspected. Overflow parking is available as designated. With the exception of seasonals already in place as of the 2006 season, no Airstream Recreational Vehicle of any kind that is 35 feet and over is permitted on non-rally field sites. No Substitutions. The types/versions of software specified in this Solicitation are compatible with other systems/software currently installed. Therefore, NO SUBSTITUTES ARE ALLOWED. Compatibility with existing software allows for warehousing of supplies as well as technical and upgrade advantage support for peripheral software.

No Person shall be admitted to the limited partnership as a substitute general partner, co-general partner or limited partner without the prior written consent of all partners, which consent may be withheld by any partner in its sole and absolute discretion and with or without reason; provided -------- that, a substitute general partner selected upon removal of the General Partner and a substitute co-general partner selected upon removal of the Co-General Partner will be admitted as a substitute general partner or substitute co-general partner, as the case may be. This Article IX does not restrict the issuance or transfer of securities or membership interests issued by the General Partner, Co-General Partner or Limited Partner or the removal or election of directors, officers or managers of the General Partner, the Co-General Partner or the Limited Partner.
No Substitutions. No substitutions of alternate items for Products ordered will be permitted except with the express approval from authorized UCSD personnel. The Seller may not substitute or interchange a different brand or generic Product or package size, other than the specific Product ordered, without authorization.
