Overnight Break. A minimum overnight break of eleven hours will be scheduled between periods of activity. When work away from base is involved the break will begin at the scheduled return time.
Overnight Break. The Company Member must have a break of at least 11 hours free of calls at the end of each day’s work.
Overnight Break.
a. The minimum Overnight Break shall be defined as eleven (11) hours, starting one hour after the end of rehearsal or performance or MANAGEMENT-mandated meetings.
b. A ten (10) hour Overnight Break is permitted two (2) times per production, per person starting one hour after the end of rehearsal or performance or MANAGEMENT-mandated meetings.
c. No PRODUCTION STAFF member shall start work before the end of the Overnight Break without prior express permission of MANAGEMENT.
d. Should a PRODUCTION STAFF member be required to resume work within said Overnight Break, they shall be compensated additionally at the Overtime rate, calculated in quarter (¼) hour increments from their start time until the Overnight Break period ends.
e. Members of PRODUCTION STAFF may choose to take less than the Overnight Break, in which case the above Overnight Break violation shall not apply.
Overnight Break. The Designer shall be entitled to a break of 11 hours from the conclusion of each day’s work prior to starting work on the following day.
