Overtime or Premium Hours. (a) Duplication of Premium Hours Overtime or premium payments shall not be duplicated for the same hours under any of the terms of this Contract. Hours that are compensated for as overtime or premium under one (1) provision shall not be counted as hours worked in determining overtime or premium compensation under the same or any other provision, except as provided in Section 8(b). (See Section 4 for 10‐Hour Shift Rules and Section 5 for 12‐Hour Shift Rules).
