Common use of Overtime Payout Clause in Contracts

Overtime Payout. (a) A Nurse may take time off in lieu of pay for overtime worked. Such time off shall occur at a mutually agreed time. Where the Nurse chooses to take pay for overtime worked, such pay shall be paid within two (2) pay periods of the written request of the Nurse.
