Overtime Rates and Premium Rates. Overtime 6.01 Posted Hourly or Incentive Paid Employees For all posted employees on the hourly or incentive paid system, they shall be paid for all overtime based on their hourly rate of pay as follows: (a) All hours worked in excess of their regular scheduled shift: (i) one and one-half (1½x) times their hourly rate of pay up to and including the eleventh (11th) hour in any one day, and (ii) two (2x) times their hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eleven (11) hours in any one day. (b) Work on their regular scheduled days off: (i) one and one-half (1½) times their hourly rate of pay for the first eight (8) hours and two (2x) times their hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours. (ii) all hours worked in excess of forty-eight (48) hours in any one week, excluding daily overtime, shall be paid at two (2x) times their hourly rate of pay. (c) Overtime for posted incentive paid employees shall be based upon either their classification incentive rate of pay or their classification hourly rate of pay, whichever is greater.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Premium Rates No recapture will be permitted if the Ceding Company has either obtained or increased stop loss reinsurance coverage as justification for the increase in retention limits.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.

  • Interest Rates and Letter of Credit Fee Rates Payments and Calculations (a) Interest Rates. Except as provided in Section 2.13(c) and Section 2.15(a), all Obligations (except for the undrawn portion of the face amount of Letters of Credit) that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin, or (ii) the maximum rate of interest allowed by applicable laws; provided, that following notice to Borrower in accordance with Section 2.15(a) hereof, all Obligations that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal, during the duration of the circumstances described in Section 2.15(a), to the lesser of (A) the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin as calculated pursuant to Section 2.15(a) or (B) the maximum rate of interest allowable by applicable laws.

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations.
