OWNER'S RIGHT TO ENTER. In cases where Owner considers it necessary to enter the space for purposes of examining the space for violation of this agreement or condition in the space or making repairs or alterations thereto, or to comply with this agreement, Occupant agrees that Owner, or Owner's representative, shall have the right without notice to enter into and upon the space and Owner reserves the right to remove contents to another space.

OWNER'S RIGHT TO ENTER. Pursuant to RSA 451-C:3, the Renter hereby agrees that the Owner has the right to enter the Rented Space, without notice to the Renter, in an event of an Emergency or to provide services that are reasonably necessary, or for inspection of the Rented Space, it’s use, or its contents. Renter also agrees that Owner has the right to allow access to the Rented Space to agents and representatives of any governmental or quasi-governmental authority, including police and fire officials, without notice to Renter, to take such action as may be necessary to preserve Owner’s personal property in the event of an emergency, or to comply with any applicable law, governmental or court order, warrant, subpoena, or to enforce any of Owner’s rights. For the purposes of this Rental Agreement, “Emergency” shall be defined as any occurrence or circumstance at or near a Rented Space at a Self-Service Storage Facility that requires prompt action to avoid injury to persons or damage to property at or near the Rented Space at the Self-Service Storage Facility.
OWNER'S RIGHT TO ENTER. Owner and its agents shall have the following rights in and about the Demised Premises: (i) to enter the Demised Premises at all times to examine the Demised Premises or for any of the purposes set forth in this Article or for the purpose of performing any obligation of Owner under this Lease or exercising any right or remedy reserved to Owner in this Lease, or complying with any Legal Requirement which Owner is obligated to comply with hereunder, and if Tenant, its officers, partners, agents or employees shall not be personally present or shall not open and permit an entry into the Demised Premises at any time when such entry shall be necessary or permissible, to use a master key or to forcibly enter the Demised Premises; (ii) to erect, install, use and maintain pipes, ducts and conduits in and through the Demised Premises; (iii) to exhibit the Demised Premises to others; (iv) to make such decorations, repairs, alterations, improvements or additions, or to perform such maintenance, including, but not limited to, the maintenance of all heating, air conditioning, ventilating, elevator, plumbing, electrical, telecommunication and other mechanical facilities, as Owner may deem necessary or desirable; (v) to take all materials into and upon the Demised Premises that may be required in connection with any such decorations, repairs, alterations, improvements, additions or maintenance; and (vi) to alter, renovate and decorate the Demised Premises at any time during the Demised Term if Tenant shall have removed all or substantially all of Tenant's property from the Demised Premises. The lessors under any Superior Lease and the holders of any Mortgage shall have the right to enter the Demised Premises from time to time through their respective employees, agents, representatives and architects to inspect the same or to cure any default of Owner or Tenant relating thereto. Owner shall have the right, from time to time, to change the name, number or designation by which the Building is commonly known which right shall include, without limitation, the right to name the Building after any tenant of the Building.

OWNER'S RIGHT TO ENTER. Occupant grants Owner, its agents, its employees or representatives of any governmental authority, including police and fire officials, access to the Storage Space upon twenty-four hour notice to Occupant. In the event of an emergency or as required by law (ie. search warrants), Owner, its agents, its employees or representatives of any governmental authority shall have the right to enter the Storage Space without notice to Occupant, and take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to protect the self-service storage facility, to comply with applicable law or to enforce Owner’s rights.
OWNER'S RIGHT TO ENTER. Occupant grants Owner, Owner’s agents or representatives of any governmental authority, including police and fire officials, access to the storage space upon three (3) days advanced written notice to Occupant. In the event of an emergency, Owner, Owner’s agents or representatives of any governmental authority shall have the right to enter the storage space without notice to the Occupant and take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to protect the storage facility, to comply with applicable law, or enforce Owner’s rights. For the purposes of the Agreement “Emergency” shall be defined as any event which jeopardizes the health, safety and/or well-being of any person, property or building found or stored on the Premises. Any damage or injury caused by Occupant will be repaired by Owner at Occupant’s sole cost, and any such expense may be charged to Occupant as additional rent, or be collected by owner in a legal action.
