Package Increases. ARTICLE II SALARY Three (3) year contract with the following increase: (2016-2017) 3.60% (TP) to be distributed 50% as a percentage increase and 50% as a flat dollar amount. FY2017 Community College Supplemental Salary Appropriation of $76,565 resulted in an adjustment to the above settlement with each faculty member receiving an additional .34%. Effective September 1, 2016, each bargaining unit member shall receive a 1.685% increase added to his/her 2015/2016 contracted salary plus a flat salary amount of $1,072 for a 174-day contract and $1,238 for a 201-day salary. If an agreement cannot be reached relative to this issue, mediation will be utilized prior to arbitration.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews.
