Packaging and Labels. 8.1 The Parties acknowledge that each Product is subject to regulatory requirements regarding labeling and packaging instructions (the “Packaging and Labeling Procedures”), including but not limited to those set forth in related Purchase Orders. Producer shall provide required packing materials in the Purchase Order for packaging and will package and label the Product according to the Packaging and Labeling Procedures. Buyer shall not obscure, alter or modify in any way any text for labels designated by Producer for use with Products.
Packaging and Labels. The Frozen Pack shall be packed in bulk in totes and liners supplied to Seneca by CMF at no cost to Seneca. Such totes and liners shall be and shall remain the property of CMF. CMF shall not label the Canned Pack, which shall be delivered to Seneca as bright pack. CMF shall purchase the cans needed for the Canned Pack. During the first year of this Agreement Seneca shall pay for such cans the cost to CMF to acquire such cans. Thereafter for the remaining term of this Agreement Seneca shall pay CMF for cans the lower of the cost of such cans to CMF and the cost to Seneca to manufacture such cans. 9.
Packaging and Labels. Seller hereby authorizes Buyer to sell the Inventory without replacing or removing Seller's packaging or labels for the Products in the Inventory, if Buyer so elects, provided Buyer identifies itself as the vendor on other documents relating to the sale of such Products.
Packaging and Labels. Company agrees that each Licensed Product advertised, promoted, distributed, and sold by Company shall have affixed thereto a permanent label or hangtag on the product, container, or packaging for Licensed Products which includes the inscription "Distributed under License for Xxxx Xxxxxx Group Incorporated", followed by the address of the Licensor. All packaging and labeling is subject to review in accordance with Paragraph 7 above.
Packaging and Labels. Amarin shall submit to Elan for Elan’s information copies of all trade packaging and labels and other printed materials which Amarin proposes at any time to use in relation to the sale of the Product. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Clause 8.3 affects any other obligation of Amarin, and Amarin shall indemnify and hold harmless Elan against all Claims which may arise relating to the activities described in this Clause 8.
Packaging and Labels. Each Batch of Product Manufactured by ISP shall be packaged in labeled containers in accordance with the Packaging Specifications set forth on Exhibit C. The labels shall be as set forth on Exhibit J hereto.

Cetalon shall collaborate and cooperate with IBS and otherwise assist IBS in implementing the packaging and labeling requirements, so determined, of the New Products.
Packaging and Labels. The Company and NAI shall collaborate and cooperate in the design and development of the Products and the marketing plans therefore, including the Specifications, packaging and labeling of the Products.
Packaging and Labels a. Fresh Homemade Tortillas will act as an intermediary and designate a third-party package, label supplier. You may find the supplier’s link on the Fresh Homemade Tortillas platform. You agree to order at your own cost the supplies directly from that supplier. As a supplier intermediary, Fresh Homemade Tortillas will seek to facilitate the label order production and delivery. You agree that you, as the Provider, will be primarily responsible to work with the supplier to address any issues that arise as a result of an order for supplies. You agree not to use a supplier that Fresh Homemade Tortillas has not approved.
Packaging and Labels. Products ordered by Customer shall be packaged and labeled by Supplier in accordance with specifications to be provided by Customer. To the extent Customer sells under the Supplier name or xxxx, Customer is hereby authorized to use Supplier trademarks, service marks, tradenames and copyrighted designs solely in connection with its advertising, promotional materials, packaging for and sale of Products hereunder. Customer will not be required to indicate Supplier’s ownership of any such trademarks, service marks, trade names or copyrights in connection with its activities hereunder, except to the extent Supplier indicates in good faith that such marking is required by law to protect Supplier’s ownership rights therein. Customer will use such trademarks, service marks and trade names only in a form approved by Supplier. Customer agrees that it will not attempt to register in its own name or otherwise attempt to assert any rights or control over any of Supplier’s trademarks, service marks, trade names or copyrights.
