Common use of Paid Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Paid Carer’s Leave. A team member, other than a casual, is entitled to use their accrued sick leave entitlement (refer to clauses 6.1.2 and 6.1.3) in circumstances where the team member cannot attend work as rostered due to the need to provide care or support to a member of the team member’s immediate family, or a member of the team member’s household:-
