Paid Carer’s Leave. a) Subject to the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, an employee is entitled to take accrued personal leave (up to a limit of 10 days of xxxxx's leave in any 12 month period) to provide care or support to a member of their immediate family or household who requires care or support because of a personal illness or injury or an unexpected emergency.
