To be entitled to paid xxxxx’s leave an Employee must provide the Employer with notice and documentary evidence from a duly qualified registered health practitioner as soon as reasonably possible, or other document suitable to the Employer, such as a statutory declaration which in the case of xxxxx’s leave would usually be prior to an Employee taking the time off work.
