Paid Jury or Court Witness Duty Leave. Employees who are required by law to serve as jurors or witnesses in any court shall be granted leave of absence without loss of pay for this purpose. The employee concerned shall deposit with the Employer any pay rendered for such service, other than expenses, and shall render an accounting of amounts received together with proof of service.
