Common use of Paid Personal Day Clause in Contracts

Paid Personal Day. Regular full time and regular part time employees shall be entitled to one paid personal day per year. This benefit shall be pro-rated for part time employees. Employees must have completed their probationary period to be eligible for a personal day. Personal days shall be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Employer and employee.

This benefit shall be pro-rated for part time employees. Employees must have completed their probationary period to be eligible for a personal day. Personal days shall be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Employer and employee. The personal holiday is not a vested benefit, therefore if not utilized, it is not payable upon termination of employment.
