Paid Time Off and Payroll. Effective as of the Distribution Date, each Party shall establish or retain their own paid time off policy and (i) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a Healthcare Employee is entitled to as of the Distribution Date will be rolled forward (as necessary) into the Healthcare paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy; (ii) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that an Electronics Employee is entitled to as of the Distribution Date will be rolled forward (as necessary) into the Electronics paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy; and (iii) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a Tyco Employee is entitled to as of the Distribution Date will be continued by the Tyco paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy. On and after the Distribution Date, each Party shall have no liability for paid time off on behalf of another Party’s employees.

Paid Time Off and Payroll. Effective as of the Fountain Distribution Date, Trident and Fountain shall establish or retain its own paid time off policy (which Fountain paid time off policy shall be substantially similar to the Trident paid time off policy) and (i) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a Fountain Employee is entitled to as of the Fountain Distribution Date will be credited to the Fountain Employee under the Fountain paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy; and (ii) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a Trident Employee is entitled to as of the Fountain Distribution Date will be continued by the Trident paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy. On and after the Fountain Distribution Date, neither Trident nor Fountain shall have any liability for paid time off on behalf of another Party’s employees.
Paid Time Off and Payroll. Effective as of the ADT NA Distribution Date, Tyco and ADT NA shall establish or retain its own paid time off policy (which ADT NA paid time off policy shall be substantially similar to the Tyco paid time off policy) and (i) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a ADT North American R/SB Employee is entitled to as of the ADT NA Distribution Date will be credited to the ADT North American R/SB Employee under the ADT NA paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy; and (ii) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a Tyco Employee is entitled to as of the ADT NA Distribution Date will be continued by the Tyco paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy. On and after the ADT NA Distribution Date, neither Tyco nor ADT NA shall have any liability for paid time off on behalf of another Party’s employees.
Paid Time Off and Payroll. Following the applicable Relevant Time, each Party shall establish or retain their own paid time off policy and (i) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a LSC Employee is entitled to as of the LSC Distribution Date will be credited to the LSC Employee under the LSC paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy; (ii) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a Donnelley Financial Employee is entitled to as of the Donnelley Financial Distribution Date will be credited to the Donnelley Financial Employee under the Donnelley Financial paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy; and (iii) any earned but unused paid time off (including vacation pay) that a RRD Employee is entitled to as of each applicable Relevant Time will be continued by the RRD paid time off policy and provided in accordance with that policy. On and after the applicable Distribution Date, each Party shall have no liability for paid time off on behalf of another Party’s employees.

Related to Paid Time Off and Payroll

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with Company’s policy in place from time to time; provided, however, that Executive shall be eligible to accrue no less than twenty (20) days per calendar year (with such amount prorated for the balance of 2017).

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for executives, as may be in effect from time to time.

  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Time Off The company recognises that sufficient time off to attend to personal matters and for recreation are important to the employee’s wellbeing, job satisfaction and overall productivity. Accordingly, time off may be taken with the consent of the Company, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. In considering the approval to have time off, the Parties will have regard to the current works programme and the urgency of the reason for time off. In the event that time off is to be taken, it will be the employee’s obligation to advise the Company in advance or as soon as practicable on the day of absence, recognising that unplanned absences can cause costly disruption to programmed works and are a major source of annoyance for the company, other employees and clients. The object of offering flexible working hours is that in return employees will take very seriously their obligation to turn up when they are expected. In view of the disruption caused by unplanned and or notified absenteeism, repeated failure to observe the protocol for time off would constitute misconduct.

  • Payroll Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the Company’s right to modify its payroll practices, as it deems necessary.

  • Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Compensatory Time Off Utilization of compensatory time off shall be by mutual agreement between the department head and the employee. The smallest increment of compensatory time which may be taken off is six (6) minutes.
