Parent/Student Complaints. Any complaint by a parent or student, which has the potential to be used in a disciplinary matter, will be reduced to writing and promptly shared with the teacher. Any complaint not reduced to writing and called promptly to the attention of the teacher will not be used in any disciplinary matter concerning the teacher.
