PRIVATE BUSINESS/GENERAL/PERSONAL LEAVES OF ABSENCE 12.1 In consultation with the Principal, and with two (2) weeks’ notice where possible, a teacher shall be granted two (2) fully paid days personal leave per school year, except where there is a conflict with the operational feasibility of the school. Sick Leave Entitlement A permanent full-time employee shall earn paid sick leave at the rate of one and one-half (1½) days per month. Part-time employees shall be entitled to sick leave credits on a pro-rata basis. Sick leave shall accumulate to a total of thirty (30) working days.
