Parental Leave for GSAS Students. All full-time Ph.D students in good academic standing will be entitled during the academic year and subject to the policy, procedures, terms and conditions of the GSAS Handbook, to twelve (12) continuous weeks of paid parental leave for the birth of a child, adoption of a child, or placement of a child or xxxxxx-child. This benefit will not be eliminated or changed during the life of this Agreement.
