Parental. A faculty member who becomes the natural (e.g., birth or surrogate) or adoptive parent of a child shall be entitled to Family Care leave immediately after birth or completion of appropriate adoption papers. Documentation shall be submitted to Human Resources within thirty (30) days of the event.
