Part-time Staff Members. There are two types of part-time staff members. The term "benefit eligible part-time staff members" shall mean a staff member whose normal schedule of work is less than thirty (30) hours per week and is twenty (20) hours or more per week on a regular basis. The term “non-benefit eligible part time staff member” (referenced in Banner as “limited part time”) shall mean a staff member whose normal schedule averages less than twenty (20) hours per week, but nevertheless, has a regular weekly schedule of 8 hours or more.
