PARTIES COVERED. In accordance with section 53 of the Fair Work Act 2009, this Agreement covers: • The CSIRO Chief Executive, on behalf of CSIRO; • All CSIRO Officers other than senior executives who are members of the Executive Team and officers covered by the CSIRO Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex (CDSCC) Enterprise Agreement 2018 - 2021 [AG2018/6866] or any successor Agreement covering employees at the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex, Tidbinbilla, as approved by the Fair Work Commission; and • Subject to a decision of the Fair Work Commission, those unions approved to be covered by the Agreement.
PARTIES COVERED. This Agreement applies to:
PARTIES COVERED. 2.1 G4S Custodial Services Pty Ltd ("the Company", "the Employer");
2.2 The Community and Public Sector Union; ("Union") upon notification to the Fair Work Commission (“FWC”) pursuant to section 183 of the Fair Work Xxx 0000 (“the Act”); and
2.3 The employees of the Company who are engaged in Victorian Prison Transport services in classifications prescribed in clause 22 of this Agreement.
PARTIES COVERED. Any indemnification of Landlord under this Lease shall be deemed to extend to the entity named as Landlord in Section 1.01(a) hereof, and, in case Landlord shall be a joint venture, partnership, tenancy-in-common, association, or other form of joint ownership, to the members of any such joint venture, partnership, tenancy-in-common, association or other form of joint ownership, and to all officers, directors, employees and agents, and to all who succeed to Landlord's interest.
PARTIES COVERED. This Agreement applies to AIMS and its Staff Members who are classified at Australian Institute of Marine Science Officer (AOF) level 1 to AOF level 7. It also applies to AOF level 8 Staff Members who are designated as specialists by the CEO for the purpose of this agreement.

PARTIES COVERED. This Agreement covers: the Director General of IP Australia on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia; employees of IP Australia, excluding the Senior Executive Service (SES).
PARTIES COVERED. This agreement shall apply to and be binding upon: Parmalat Foods Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 000 000 000) located at 000/000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Albury ("the employer"); and Australasian Meat Industry Employees Union, New South Wales Branch ("the union").
PARTIES COVERED. (1) Inghams Enterprises Pty Ltd; (“the Employer” or “Company”)
(2) All employees of the Company’s working at the operations as listed in Clause 1.2 for whom rates of pay and classifications appear herein.
(3) This Agreement, on approval by the Fair Work Commission, and subject to the requirements of s201(2) of the Act, shall cover the Australasian Meat Industry Employees Union.
PARTIES COVERED. 1.2.1 In accordance with Part 2-4 of the Fair Work Xxx 0000, the Agreement covers the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ACIAR as the employer on behalf of the Commonwealth and all non-SES employees employed by ACIAR under the Public Service Xxx 0000.
