Access by Xxxxxx. The Tenant agrees that its employees, servants, volunteers and invitees, as well as the children in its Program, shall access and depart the Premises through the Entrance.
Access by Xxxxxx. LESSOR: LESSEE:
13.1 Except in the case of an emergency, Lessee shall allow Lessor access to the leased premises upon eight (8) hours prior notice for the purpose of inspecting, renovating, altering, repairing the leased premises, or showing the premises to prospective tenants or renters.
13.2 Provided Lessor gives notice required by this provision, or in case of emergency, Lessee waives any claim for damages against Lessor for any inconvenience to or interference with Xxxxxx’s business, including any loss of revenue arising out of any interruption of Xxxxxx’s business.
Access by Xxxxxx. Lender or Xxxxxx's designated agent may visit [Insert museum name] to assess the storage condition of the object and the care provided by [Insert museum name]. To ensure the availability of appropriate personnel and to facilitate the access to the restricted storage area, Lender shall notify [Insert museum name] at least fifteen (15) business days in advance and make an appointment with [Insert museum name] employees. By appointment only, [Insert museum name] makes best efforts to accommodate such requests by Xxxxxx.
Access by Xxxxxx. All items moved by the Lessee are the responsibility of the Lessee. In the event that you need assistance on moving or parking your item, please contact an employee of BRV&BS. BRV&BS will make every reasonable effort possible to help you move your item. In addition, no work may be done on any item by Lessee at any time while the item is stored at the facility. Any work at the facility must be performed by an employee or agent of BRV&BS. Payment for any such service shall be due and payable per separate agreement of the parties.
Access by Xxxxxx. Lessor may enter the Premises without Xxxxxx’s consent in an emergency situation. Except in an emergency, Xxxxxx agrees to enter the Premises only during reasonable hours, and after giving Lessee two (2) days notice of such access. Notice for purposes of this provision may be given by posting a copy of the notice on Xxxxxx’s door, or by email, in which cases it shall be effective immediately, or by any other lawful means. Specifically, but without limiting the foregoing, Xxxxxx agrees to:
(1) Permit Lessor, its agents, or other persons when authorized by Lessor, to enter the Premises for purpose of making reasonable repairs, or to show the Premises to prospective lessees, purchasers, contractors, or lenders.
(2) Permit Lessor, its agents, or other persons when authorized by Lessor, to enter the Premises for the purpose of making annual, semi-‐annual, or other inspections.
Access by Xxxxxx. Lessor shall be entitled to and shall have the right, at all reasonable times, to inspect the Facility for any damage or destruction to determine whether or not Lessee is performing and observing all the agreements contained herein, and to make any necessary repairs. Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee or any of their guests, invitees or licensees for any loss or damage to them or their persons or their personal property from any cause whatsoever, except Xxxxxx's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Access by Xxxxxx a. Lessor, or Lessor’s representatives and agents, shall have reasonable access to the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of examining or exhibiting the same, or to make any repairs or alternations on the premises, which the Lessor deems convenient for the maintenance or preservation thereof.
x. Xxxxxx shall have the right to place “For Rent” signs on the Premises at any time within thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this lease. This paragraph shall not be construed to impose any obligation to repair the leased Premises or such sign on Lessor.
Access by Xxxxxx. Lessor reserves for itself and any of its designated agents the right to enter the Property as follows:
(a) on a regular basis without advance notice to supply any necessary or agreed- upon service to be provided by Lessor hereunder;
(b) on an occasional basis, at all reasonable times after giving Lessee 24 hours' advance written notice, to show the Property to prospective lessees or other interested parties within the last twelve (12) months of the then-current term, to post notice of non-responsibility, to verify Lessee’s compliance with this Lease and applicable laws, to repair, alter or improve any part of the Property, and or any other lawful purpose; and
(c) on an emergency basis without notice whenever Lessor reasonably believes that emergency access is required. Lessor shall have the right to use any means that it deems proper to open doors in an emergency in order to obtain access to any part of the Property, and any such entry shall not be construed or deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into or a detainer of, the Property, or an eviction, actual or constructive, of Lessee from the Premises or any portion thereof. Lessee shall not alter any lock or install any new or additional locking devices without the prior written consent of Lessor.
Access by Xxxxxx. The Lessor and the Lessor’s agents shall have a right to enter the Property and this only at such reasonable times to examine the same, after giving at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to the Lessee/s who shall have the right to be present.
Access by Xxxxxx. Lessor shall have the right to enter the Premises upon prior written notice to inspect the same.
