Passing on control. The server data transfer of the retraced system is exclusively carried out via a 256-bit encrypted SSL connection. A direct transfer to third parties is only possible by authorized users of you and authorized employees of the contractor. Support is exclusively provided by employees of retraced. Input control System-side log files for user activities and administrators are recorded. Job control The data collected by you via the Web App or the Mobile Apps is encrypted and transferred to the servers of retraced. Only your authorized users as well as administrators and authorized support staff of the contractor have access to this data afterwards. The contractor has concluded corresponding data protection contracts with the computer centers or corresponding order processing agreements in the form of certificates are available. Availability control The data is primarily stored at the server location in Germany. The processing takes place on Oracle servers in Germany. They are mirrored several times a day at the server location in Germany. The server locations are professional data centers which are equipped with fire protection, burglary protection, power backup UPS, gas extinguishing systems and other measures in the area of business IT. The contractor has an emergency management in place. Disconnection control The retraced system is multi-client capable.

  • Job Control Personal Data being processed on commission (i.e., Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf) is processed solely in accordance with the Agreement and related instructions of the customer. Measures: • SAP uses controls and processes to monitor compliance with contracts between SAP and its customers, subprocessors or other service providers. • As part of the SAP Security Policy, Personal Data requires at least the same protection level as “confidential” information according to the SAP Information Classification standard. • All SAP employees and contractual subprocessors or other service providers are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality of all sensitive information including trade secrets of SAP customers and partners.

  • Causes Beyond Control Neither party of this contract shall be held responsible for delay or default caused by fire, riot, acts of God, sovereign, public enemy, and/or war which is beyond that party's control. The STATE may terminate this contract upon written notice after determining such delay or default will reasonably prevent successful performance of the contract. In the event a cause or causes beyond control impact this contract, the STATE may grant a reasonable extension of time and shall not additionally compensate the PURCHASER.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • Erosion Control a. The Purchaser shall construct slash and debris erosion barriers, dips, water bars or ditches in skid trails and landings as directed by the Forest Officer.

  • Climate Control a. The air conditioning/heating units shall be functional at all times.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

  • SUBSIDY CONTROL 29.1 The Provider should satisfy itself, if the Subsidy Control Rules apply to the Funding received in relation to the Services delivered under this Agreement.   • Pest Control A. Whenever a department utilizes a pest control chemical in State owned or managed buildings/grounds, the department will provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to application of the chemical, unless an infestation occurs which requires immediate action. Notices will be posted in the lobby of the building and will be disseminated to building tenant contacts.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.
