Paternity/ Co-Parental Leave Sample Clauses

Paternity/ Co-Parental Leave. An employee about to become a father or co-parent shall be entitled to an unpaid leave of absence of up to five (5) days at the time of the birth of their child or the adoption of a pre- school child or children. The employee may use one (1) week's vacation at their option.

  • Maternity/Parental Leave The term of the temporary posting shall be for the term of the illness or maternity/parental leave but shall not exceed eighteen (18) continuous months.
