Pay Administration on Promotion. 19.1.1 Promotion occurs when the incumbent of a position in the regular service is assigned to another position with a higher maximum salary than that of his or her former position. 19.1.2 An employee who is promoted shall receive a promotional increase of at least three percent (3%); however, in no case shall the resulting salary be less than the minimum or greater than the maximum of the classification of the position to which he or she is assigned.

  • Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution. The parties will provide each other with written notification of any change in its designated representative for this Agreement. Such changes do not require a formal written amendment to this Agreement.
