Regular Employees Acting in Temporary Positions. 18.8.5.1 Where an employee was temporarily assigned to a temporary position for at least twenty-four (24) months and there is a continuing need for the work to be performed on a full time basis for greater than an additional twenty-four (24) months, the ministry shall establish a position within the Regular Service to perform that work.
