Pay Differentials. 1. All pay differentials are based on extra work and/or greater responsibilities or specific credentials/endorsements. In the event the parties agree a pay differential is appropriate or desirable and is not a part of this Agreement, the parties agree to negotiate an agreement to compensate such teachers.
