Pay Differentials. Employees to whom an annual rate is applicable, except cumulative-hour employees, who are regularly scheduled to start their normal shift at or after 2:00 P.M. but before 9:00 P.M., shall receive, in addition to other compensation, a pay differential of 4% of the applicable rate for each hour worked during any such normal shift. Employees to whom an annual rate is applicable, except cumulative-hour employees, who are regularly scheduled to start their normal shift at or after 9:00 P.M. but before 4:00 A.M. shall receive, in addition to other compensation, a pay differential of 7% of the applicable rate for each hour worked during any such normal shift.
