Pay for Clothing. Where, in the opinion of the Employer, the Employer has an obligation to pay for the cost of the cleaning or replacement of clothing of an employee damaged as a result of an accident on the job, the Employer may authorize such cleaning or replacement at the expense of the Employer. Determination of responsibility of the Employer shall be solely at the discretion of the Employer and their decision in such matters shall be final.
