REPLACEMENT OF CLOTHING. 53 a) Any employee required to perform work which results in the damage to clothes or shoes by chemical or fire action, to such an extent they are no longer suitable for wear, shall be furnished with suitable clothing or be given a cash replacement allowance provided the damage did not occur due to the employee’s failure to wear proper PPE when required; reimbursement is to be at replacement cost less depreciation for normal wear. Replacement cost shall mean the cost to replace the clothing at the time it is ruined.

REPLACEMENT OF CLOTHING. Any employee whose clothes or shoes are damaged during any period of work by unusual conditions of fire, or exposure to chemical action to such an extent that they are no longer suitable for wear, shall be furnished with suitable clothing or shall be authorized to purchase a replacement and be reimbursed therefor. Reimbursement is to be at replacement cost. This shall apply only to clothing damaged through unusual circumstances that are outside the control of the employee.

  • Establishment of Escrow Fund There is hereby created by the Authority and the Successor Agency with, and to be held by, the Escrow Bank, as security for the payment of the principal of and interest on the Prior Loans and, thereby, the 1999 Authority Bonds, as hereinafter set forth, an irrevocable escrow to be maintained in trust by the Escrow Bank on behalf of the Authority and the Successor Agency and for the benefit of the owners of the 1999 Authority Bonds, said escrow to be designated the “Escrow Fund.” All moneys deposited in the Escrow Fund shall constitute a special fund for the payment of the principal of, and interest on the Prior Loans and, thereby, the 1999 Authority Bonds in accordance with the provisions of the Prior Loan Agreements and the 1999 Authority Indenture, respectively.
