Pay for Scheduled Work on Holidays. Employees who are scheduled to work on a designated holiday (clause 20.01) shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) and will be granted another day off within sixty days. If such time off cannot be granted within sixty (60) calendar days, then the employee will receive one day's regular pay in lieu or with mutual agreement between the employee and his/her supervisor the employee may receive time off in lieu.
