Common use of Pay for Work on Holiday Clause in Contracts

Pay for Work on Holiday. An employee required to work on a holiday named in Section 20.01 shall be paid two (2) times his regular straight time hourly rate for all work performed in addition to any holiday pay allowance under Holiday Pay Allowance.
